VENUE

St Peter’s College
North Terrace
Kent Town

Please park in the Junior School Car Park on North Terrace
Come into the school via the sliding doors and sign in at Reception. You will be directed to the meeting room from there.
The course will start at 9.30am and finish at 3.30pm.

BEFORE TRAINING – IMPORTANT!

Please could you make sure that you do the following things before the day:

1. Register with Promethean Planet UK and select ‘Yes please’ to receive information from Promethean. I will explain on the day! http://www.prometheanplanet.com/uk/
2. Print off the training manual and bring it along with you.
3. The school computers will be in use on the day so please arrange to bring a laptop with ActivInspire V1.4 and the Resource library loaded.

• Please show the documents in to your ICT Techs and explain that you are required to access these resources for the training course.
• Make sure that your “Shared Library” (the 3 heads) has all the folders including “Subjects”. If this is not installed then this will need to be downloaded and then installed from Promethean Planet.
• Please let me know if you cannot bring a laptop as the school can provide a few for us to use.
• If you request to borrow a laptop then please bring a USB drive to take resources away with you.

CATERING

Morning tea and lunch will be provided, please advise us if you have special dietary requirements.
